And the effects are as emotional as they are practical: Albin shared an anecdote about a young woman who was self-conscious about working out in a public space like a gym because she was worried about how others would perceive her body in her tight-fitting workout clothes. Likewise, Albin cited college students who don’t have time to go to the gym due to their strenuous class schedules and studying. Albin gave examples of many people who have appreciated the service she provides, such as young mothers who can’t afford a gym membership or childcare in order to get a workout in.
